These four cousins were created in 1986, and were supposed to be released that same year. However in 1986 Kenner was boughten out by Tonka, and so many of the toys and toy lines were discontinued. The Care Bears were an unfortunate casualty of this discontinuation. These four cousins were made in limited quantities and are extremely rare, however they do pop up every now and then on E-Bay. These four prototypes and Proud Hearts accessory are in my collection and do belong to me. Please ask before taking or using the photos as they are also mine.
